Heck yes!!!!! I qualified again. I'm on fire I kid!

      :burnout:

I made Top 22. I choked when it came to top 16, but I made it up one tier. That's better than not! Next time I'm making Top 16. Oh and the best part (and the worst part all at the same time) is that I crashed into the wall during practice and then came back to qualify after that. I messed my hood up (had to run without it after that), shattered my bumper (not that big of a deal), broke my wide-body fender on the front (not that big of a deal), bent my core support...and that's about all the damage I did. I pulled on my e-brake to initiate (90 degree entrance) but I didn't hold it long enough and I locked up my brakes (noob) and went right into the wall.

Oh well, I survived, my car survived and I qualified.

Dan's car is messing up pretty bad, so he didn't make Top 16 either (he was seeded so he didn't have to make top 22). He is pi$$ed and I wouldn't doubt it if he goes and buys a new car or a V8 to put in his car by the next event. It has been having issues since Drift Atlanta and he is over it. It keeps breaking up and cutting out mid-drift and he can't find the problem. The set up is old. The engine has been in there like 5 or 6 years (can't remember anymore). He's also not happy with the power output anymore. We have stock internals. It's time to step it up!!!

      Holla!

Hello...NOPI Drift Pittsburgh was the first "Pro" drift event I've ever been to. I read the feedback from the LA show and I think the main issue I had, like the LA people had, was the entrance fee seemed kinda steep.

As for the action, I thought the drifting was great. I have 2 favorite new drivers, Brian Wilkerson and Blake Fuller. Blake absolutely abuses his car...I've never heard a 350z scream for mercy like that!

Thanks for bringing drifting on a big time level to Pittsburgh. Hopefully enough people turned out to bring some other drift events (Formula D) to the 'Burgh in the future!

              Good luck!

4 DAYS? Now I just flabbergasted. That car was waiting for him like a mugger in an alley. Great job!

A lot of people surprised us this weekend!! It was great to see some new faces, and great to see some unexpected people do good. Gary Lang drove the PANTS off his S13, I've never seen him drive so well! Brian Wilkerson and John Wagner looked great all weekend, hitting top 4 in the first event is no joke. Hogan looked great in his new Z, he definitely looks smoother driving that thing. Great to see Joon Maeng come out from SoCal, and James Robison with the Drift Element. Then there's Bill Sherman.... riding (mechanical) bulls and kickin butt behind the wheel!

It was a good weekend, and the weather cooperated with us nicely through the weekend. The fans were very loud and energetic through the weekend, which is always fun to hear. Can't wait until Chicago!
