any drivers search??

hi guys,sorry to make my first post this one but i looked a bit and there's no place to introduce myself so....

anyway my question is simple:i've seen that there will be driver's search at some events in south usa but will there be one in new jersey cause i live in quebec and as you can understand cali or texas are way too far

FD doesent even have drivers searches anymore, then didnt have a single one last year.

I suggest you drive in your local series, drift mania is it?

And or drive in the Club FR series, i think its in chi town.

Then go to pro am and whoop *Censored**Censored**Censored*!!

and yes here it's driftmania but i will not participate this year,i don't think my knowledges would allow it to me,this year there's also an amateur serie and visibly some other cool thing to come

the thing is that we (drift friends) are plannig a move in new jersey to see the race and if those type of search were still organized it would have been cool to do some drifts around there...

I think you're talking about the NOPI NJ event, which is scheduled for May 3/4 in Englishtown...

Your best bet is to contact Nopi directly - nopidrift@nopi.com. Glenn W is the guy to speak with, he can help you.

I am not sure if they have a qualifier planned before then, but if they do, it will probably be posted on their message boards, so keep an eye on their forums as well. Also, if you call or email Glenn, he probably has a better idea of if there is a qualifier planned in NJ at this time or not.

The scheduled D1GP event I believe was a collaboration with NHRA Sport Compact (as it was last year), but NHRA Sport Compact and NOPI's NDRA have merged, so all the D1 collaborations were effectively cancelled.

I believe the NOPI Drift events are the only pro events happening at Englishtown at this point.

The D1 event was to be held at Millvile NJ where the new road course is being built.
And ditto on ClubLoose.com. We have am/practice events at E-town.
