In regards to your question, seeded drivers will be going for a Top 16 spot tomorrow. Seeded get a by and move to Top 32 to compete for a Top 16 spot.

A seeded driver is given up tech Saturday Morning to show up at the event. If he hasn't shown up and passed tech, then an additional unseeded driver is given an opportunity to qualify.

I believe both Casper Canul and Rhys Millen notified FD earlier this week that they would not be driving. unfortunate for the fans.
