I don't get all this hate and "there are other drifters better than Pat blah blah"

No one said Pat was the best drifter in the world...but hes put in the work, time, and effort. As a result of that got noticed by a major team.

If there are other drifters who are better then they should be able to do the same. If not then it just wasn't in the cards for them.

This isn't about who YOU or anyone else think "deserves" a ride..its who goes out there and gets it. Pat got it...and he got it much sooner than most people save Ken Gushi...I think that deserves some level of props.

It's not like hes some poser who just wandered into this. He's been doing his part to pay his own way this whole time...yes he got some help from his parents but hes only 18! WTF did you people expect him to do? It's not like his parents are millionaires anyway so even if they did help I dont see how that gave him some huge advantage over the other guys.

I watched Pat and Colin battle it out all last year in Drift Buffet, I love them both and hope both of them are successful. Cyruss is a cool guy but he is not the talent that Pat is or Colin at this point. He will get there but he ain't there right now. Maybe next year.

I guess EBAY is probably a good choice, but hey, I've been tryin to sell my car for a while too... and no luck so far.

People don't really have money right now it seems.
Not good for us sellers.

first time i saw pat drive was last year at nationals, anyone who says he doesnt deserve a ride like this is a fool. the kid has talent and who cares where his money comes from. money doesnt make the driver. there are several people who have proven that over the last couple years.
