BOSO or SPD would be my choice.

Now that Casper is not a part of Monstor Fab I would stay away from them.

Nuformz is good too and they have just opened a new shop to build cars for outside people.

      Boso Garage, Gadena
      Technosquare, Torrance
      SPD Metalworks, Placentia
Monstor Fabrication, Azusa (not sure if they're still around... ?)
      RMR, Huntington Beach
LS Auto (not sure if Kevin is taking on any projects or not), Huntington Beach
NuFormz, Ontario (Not sure if they do outside projects either...)
      DesignCraft Fabrication, Huntington Beach

Some good fabricators, great for roll cages / chassis prep
Steen Chassis - Signal Hill, CA
M1 Fabrication - Buena Park, CA
L*Con Fabrication - Anaheim Hills, CA
RLR Racecars - Anaheim Hills, CA

those are the big hitters I can think of off the top of my head
as far as Monstor, Pat's shop is now called Foothill Automotive...stil does fab/custom work.
Casper kept Monstor, not sure what their shops status is...he brought in some new guys to help in the shop...

I went over to LA for the world champs last month with Eric o Sullivan and Rockstar energy and was blown away with the quality and level of the cars and competitors.
Yeah, I remember that car. ;-)
