I think some of it had to do with cost. Englishtown is more expensive to rent, plus they had to bring in bleachers (which people complained that there weren't enough last year), plus lots of security, etc... Wall is cheaper to rent and it's a turnkey solution (no bleachers to put up). I'm just speculating... but I bet the difference in cost is several thousand bucks when it's all added up. Bleachers like that are usually $5 - $10 per seat, and they brought in something like 7,000 seats last year. You do the math...
