Keep the helmet?
Bigger eyes?
Make it the shark meaner or keep it as is?

My suggestion...if you're going to make it a "mean" shark then do that. If you're making a "cute/funny" shark then do that. Currently, it's kinda in between and should be more unique.
I like cute/funny. But cute/funny doesn't exactly go with "attack!"...unless you give him some swords or nunchuku.

Ooh, and give the track some drift cars? For all I know, that could be a jogging or bike track. Attack the jogging track! ...With a baseball helmet on!
