    Although since the drift craze hit the prices for Hachirokus and S13/14's have shot up. That's y I like the 5.0's. Not the most advanced piece of equipment on the planet but Ford made like 8 billion of 'em.

      the 180sx is not the same thing as an s13. perhaps you meant to say rps13. the s13 was not still being produced when the s14 was being produced. i believe they stopped making the s13 in 1989 (unsure) and they replaced it with the sr20 powered ps13. the rps13 180sx was produced while the s14 was produced, but no, unfortunatly the rps13 180sx never came with the vvt engine.

        S13 is used as a generic term for all the S13 chassis cars including the 180sx. Yes we can get more specific, but theres no need, if you say S13 180sx everyone knows what you mean.

        the Silvia, zenki and kouki the 180sx the 240sx the 200sx. All can be classified as S13, they have more specific chassis codes, but S13 is a general term, as well as referring to the 89-90 ca powered Silvia.
