Hey, on my SR20 motor when i'm crusin and try to shift from 4th to 5th my gears seem to be sticky. when im shifting, its really hard for me shift to 5th. its seems as if there is something in the way. my car will go into 5th. its just really hard. before it use to be nice and smooth. for some reason its only hard to shift int o 5th and reverse. anybody know what this can be? thanks

maybe its the synchros just going out........too much speed shifting......or maybe just a wear and tear issue.....anywho if u don't know how to rebuild your tranny then id take it to a tranny shop and get an estimate....... -
change the oil maybe your low on the back end where the fith gear lives. I think reverse is under it to.Comment
