Why no ATL or NJ?

My guess with NJ is that there isn't any room.

Also, although there's room in ATL, the quality and quantity of cars is very low, and the location they had last year was very out-of-the-way. I'm guessing Scion will move their VIP area to that section, or if Dodge does ride alongs they might move there.
