He has had more seat time in that car than ANY driver in the USofA(that I'm aware of), from stock to competition form, and the season hasn't started yet. I'm not expecting some crazy domination from the first event. Just consistancy in placing high and keeping a high points standing for the championship.
It's not like he can blame a lack of seat time. He's been driving that car for what, 2+ months now?

True he's had more seat time than probabaly anyone in the U.S. outside of media, A couple of months of drifting a stock car isn't all that much practice from a competion stand point. BUt to be fair, Ken did rock his Mustang to a believe a third place in overall standings back in 05'. (or was it 06'?)
Either way it was the first year of him running that chassis. So if he has proven that he can do well in a new untested chassis, so its very possible he can do the same again.

Ken Gushi has been testing the COMPETITION car since the new year.

He's either going to kick *Censored**Censored**Censored* or go down swinging, GO GUSHI!

Has this been confirmed? I guess they would have had to start building late last year to have the car ready for Long Beach. Has there been any pics of him on track?

I think Jack Hollis from Scion mentioned it in his launch of the FT86 either at NY Auto Show or at the launch party thingy at Milk in LA

Daigo is looking beastly and his car sound like the T-Rex from Jurassic Park. I bet he will qualify top 3 and make it at least to final 4.

I predict Daigo Saito is going to show Formula D what tandem is supposed to look like. Check 7:35:00 and 7:58:00 http://www.justin.tv/driftstream/b/314165014

JTP gifted another victory. He corrected chasing Dai and still won. Congrats Daigo Saito for making it interesting.

under the bridge Justin made a correction and was not penalized like Daigo Saito was against Daijiro. More bull@#%$ judging and they have instant replays at their disposal. Poor form.

the one that really killed me was Aasbo vs Yoshihara. Maybe I'm biased, but I feel like he's been robbed twice against Yoshihara, once here and once last year at Atlanta. IMO, should have at least been a OMT.
