Hmm yeh crusing laws have been around, but in most places, its kinda like the old law that you cant spit in public on a sunday. *real law*

I mean if i ever get stopped by an officer and he tries to give me a ticket for "cruising" Ill probably head over to the police station and ask them what kind of police work they are doing, why waste time and manpower to police "cruisers" wow now thats a real threat to society... stupid politicians.

Look closly at your local laws and covenents being ghay is also illigal but they dont enforce those laws eather. In Montana you can still get hung for horse stealin.
