The road goes both ways. Most import guys see us domestic lovers as rednecks that don't realize they have outdated technology. Also they wonder y you'd drive a car that doesn't have the build quality of a Japanese car. Here at Drifting.com you don't see that kind of hostility (for the most part) between Domestic and Import guys. And he!! even the Ford and Chevy guys get along!! Now where else do you see THAT? And that's what I like about this place. Even though I can't slide my MN12 through the corners like Nomuken I can still come here, sit back and talk about fast cars........that go sideways

Depends on the functionality of the "rice". It's just annoying to see fancy-pants crap that's soley for the purpose of showing off how much $ you spend on your car. It also depends on the dude's attitude. For the most part i wouldn't care because my car has not been modified in any way, so the loss wouldn't really matter much to me. But if the dude was cocky I'd probably be mad, rice or not.

That's a big reason why I post here. I think the biggest issue we have with ricers is that they put so much money into their cars, with no modifications to motor/drivetrain; purely cosmetic and they think that automatically gives them the ability and power to drive as if they are pro drivers in a performance vehicle. A true ricer has the utmost faith that that chrome oil cap is good for 5 hp and that vinyl adds HP. As far as what cars can beat what; it goes all around. I lost $100 to an all motor '95, primered civic that beat a mid 13 sec pony by 2 lengths. I've also beaten many a FWD through the canyons, when that should be their domain.

The point of this story being though : Body kit, rims and lowering springs does not = a knowledgable or experienced driver.

I would say you have the taste of a 5 year old girl(unless the teddy bears were giving each other cleveland steamers ), though a 5yr girl probaly wouldn't know what a supra or more importantly 450ps is. So I would say your desperatly trying to be different.

that only leaves the NSX....can you say "owned" haha....as for this post...it's redundant in alot of ways....and retarded i might add. I've seen it....those motor's are so technologically advanced its ridiculous. I worked on honda's for the better part of 2 years before i became interested in drifting. But i still stick up for almost any honda out there. I kno guys who purposely "rice" out their car's so that people think they're slow, what the people don't know is that underneathe the hood there's a b18c5 turbo'd pushin 300+hp....my friend had a pink pearl ek with a supercharged b18c1 and he had a completel cwest body kit, aluminum spoiler(mind you a ek is a (hatchback) huge exhaust and pretty much everything you could imagine, the only difference between the car your describing and my friend's car would probaly be the color and rims....my friend had 17 inch te-37's....you had to see the faces on the ws6's and corvettes that we smoked...don't judge a car by how it looks.....by what you said, that car had alot of stuff on it that cost alot of money, so no doubtly he had cash flow and some sort of style....let him be, you guys should've offered to help out or something, its not like the guy gave you the finger and told you to beep* off.....rice is a attitude not a image....
