how do you guys get pics as/in your signature?

ok you find an image that you like online and you copy the URL and paste it between [img][/img]
say I have this link here copied http://www.autoimaging.com/uras/s13_nplus_lg.jpg, well all you have to do is paste it between [img][/img]
and this is what happens
