just find the link er save it to yur computer en then go to yur settings er whatever en upload yur own

You can make it, take a phtot and resize it using any of the numerous photo programs. I used MS Paint. Then you go to the user CP settings and then modify profile I think. Then custom avatar. Easy as that. You have to make the photo the right size.
