hey guys..a lotta you already know bout it..i guess word got around fast..but anyway my s14's totalled..*cries* a psychoass swerved into me..i dunno what he was tryin to do..maybe get into my lane and didnt see me..i dont freakin know but he was pretty much parallel to me..so he was either blind or was just tryin to kill me..i tried to avoid him so i went into the other lane..then i saw a bus coming up so i panicked and went back into the lane..but there was that car again..so i went back and forth then started fishtailing..i ended up hitting a pickup truck ..which flipped over..then later running head to head with the bus...up the curb..geez. and the swerve happy psycho just drove off. yup so 240's totalled now. damn..took me so long to find one too..i was being all picky and it was perfect *sob* anyway im not sure what to do about it..wanted some suggestions? i was thinking i either..sell it to a junkyard..or..just possibly sell it the way it is though i doubt anyones gonna buy it..or..fix it and sell it..but thats gonna cost like as much as the car itself..or..strip the car and sell the parts..but imma need help stripping it..and i dunno where to keep it while im at it.. anyone wanna have a strip lucy's car project day? lol help

Stripping it and parting it out would probably get you the most money. Sorry to hear about that though, I liked that car. I got to drive it too

Well its still a good engine and transmission. i'd buy it if i wasnt so set on getting my self a sr20 right now, well either way i dont have but 300 dollars to offer you, and a good KA and tranny setup would be worth alot more. But i will help you with anything you need lucy.

Its a good motorset still, so its worth some money. but i still say you should fight the insurance company you deserve something for it. And if you need help finding another car call me. I will do what i can.

Im free on most days, though its a good drive down there, i would be up to it on any sunday or monday or wedsday or friday..

how much did you want for the LSD? when i rebuild my car its something im going to need, how many miles on it? though S14 LSDs arent suposed to just slide in like the S13 ones would

are the seat bolt in upgrades for the S13? or are they not compatable or pretty much the same?

Lucy if you want you can fix it. Depending on how bad it is. If it's broke M1 can fix it!

Sorry to hear about that. I always hate to hear one bite the dust.
As for fixing it. If you have to pull the frame then scrap it. Especially of you are sliding it. Not ever going to be right again. Unless you can get it from teh insurance company for next to nothing and then do a full strip down, full chassis welding and the whole kaboodle. If you have time and money then this would be the way to go other than that sell what you can, frame the rest as modern art to hang on the wall and move on. Talk to her and give her a proper send off. SHe will thank you for it and tell all her friends in the junkyard that you loved her.

Or you can always find a shell. Engine fire car or theft recovery would work fine in that case. Keep your eyes peeled and your ear to the ground. Something will ALWAYS turn up. It's just inevitable.

uh..i took a shower..went to the garage to check on my dog..and found the 240 sitting there......nobody is home except for me..my dad musta towed it back and left again..or maybe she loves me so much she flew back on her own ..so i guess it's gonna sit there in the garage for now..im either gonna sell it or fix it or strip it..thanks guys for your help *muahh*
