I've been told 3000-3300lbs depending on the year and options. It surprised me that they are lighter than the Supra, but some of this has to do with the fact the Supra's double-wishbone did not find a home in the Cressida chassis (double wishbone required more support/bracing). The up-side is the engine bay is much less cramped and you have more trunk room.


I also believe (but don't quote me on this) that the Cressida shared some of its suspension with the mk2 supra, so getting some upgraded parts might be easier than it first seems

Are you talking about me wana to copy some one cause i never said that and im going my own way as of getting a cressida instead of an 86 fc or 240 etc...as my drift car. Thanx it would be really cool to see some of that footage.

3250lbs for an 87 Cressida automatic wagon (so probably 3225-3200 for manual). Don't know about weight distribution, but I'd wager its in the ballpark of 55/45

if an 86 can hang with a Viper. Then yes, a Cressida can hang with a 240 or FC
