One good way I've learned to strip weight off from a camaro. Is to remove the carpet and rear seats. That shaves around 130lbs! O_O If you take out the a/c that shaves 78lbs. If you take out the internals of the door and put lexan windows that takes off about 100lbs. It's pretty crazy how heavy a lot of our car parts are.
