its in Option vol 115, it just makes a quick run at ebisu for the G1.

In that video they have round 5 from ebisu circut and the 2003 D1 USA. Also a tuned AE86 grip race that Ueo takes part in.

My favorite is Izumida's MA-70 truck conversion - that thing is HOT!!! I think he was a part of Drift Xtreme? Maybe? Anybody know anything about his car, or Mrod - do you have any pics?

yeah my bad i forgot what year they started and i remember Matto saying 94, so i just went with that. but yeah 93= supras arent popular in drifting because of the front heaviness?

cuz they are un-nimble boats. Teh supra is like an american muscle car, built for stright line speed.

Erik Jabons drifts his G35 sedan, and Tampa Hachi-Bill drifted a Mk III Supra - talk about boats!

It's just different than drifting a Miata or something, but when you're driving something that big you may as well go Cressida or Cima or Skyline...

                            MkII's

If you want the skinny on MKII's goto www.celicasupra.com

I own a 82 MkII. Its old but tough. The engine with 128k on it still has factory compression and valve leakage specs. Its old, creaks, squeaks, and groans. But when I practice drifting in the rain she sings with joy. The MkII is a descent car despite being nearly an antique. When I finish restoring it were going to D1 to play. My buddies drive a MkIII and a first gen supercharged MR2. Our club wants to get an AE86 to complete the collection. MkII's are a little lighter than MkIII's but much room for lightening the load. As far as im concerned the MkII supra is the AE86s big brother. ciao.

but i could really care less about 1/4 mile racing.
TRACKS funner and so is drifting.

supras are rare but so are skylines, and they use skylines....
                                in japan skylines are everywhere
