My favorite D1 car is the Pontiac GTO because it was the first domestic USA car to ever compete in the D1. I can identify with that because I also drift a domestic. My favorite D1 drivers are Ueno and AlexP. I like Ueno because he focused on weight reduction and proper distribution when building his car. I can identify with that since my Camaro is also very heavy and thats something that I have to focus on to be competitive. I like AlexP because he's a Hawaii guy and he started out on the streets. Pretty much proves that with enough determination and practice any of us Hawaii guys can make it to the top (even though we live so far away from the US scene).
