since my logo has a car in it....for wat ever picture the car is...the logo will be for it ...ex. pic of skyline drifting...logo of skyline drifting and drifting.com....

If its a image you own you maybe okay if you put something else over it like a big "SAMPLE". We just dont want images floating around that someone else took with our name on it. eh right admin?

Better yet, just put yolur test logo on a photo drifting.com already owns! like the wallpapers.. maybe crop it if you have to.. that will keep things legal and cool.
