how much boost can an all stock 1jz hold?

from what I read if you have a 90 engine, you can go up to 1.2 max and about 0.9 or 1.0 for the 100 engines.
If you got a 90 engine, you can get 400hp with the stock turbines if tuned right. -
please label what measurement your using otherwise some people may get confused...
