Modern Garage RPS13

Has anyone heard of Modern Garage? It is the best garage in the midwest and i have a chance to get an RPS13 from them. Its an 89 240sx hatch. Red top sr20det, full Eibach suspension, some jdm lookin rims (gold spoked like the sil80 from initial d) and an Alpine cd player. The owner told me that the car would be ready to sell in about a month. For 6-7g's.
I will buy if i can come up with the $.
I know i already posted a thread about me gettin a car (2 actually) but this one is more about modern garage.

When i went in to their shop there were 5 FD's (that is like every one in utah) , A 95 zenki that he said had over 20g's put into it, 2 integra type r's, an altezza, and like 7 STi's. These guys dont mess around with just exhausts and intakes, they do serious work.

Well if you have heard of them id like to hear what you think

I have worked with Christian over at modern. He is a great guy and he knows exactly what he is doing. I believe they recently hooked up with Cobb Tuning (sti specialists) and have definitly gotten word out about their tuning abilities. I would highly recommend any car they have built as a buyer.

yeah i was over there last night....Cobb has so many STi's. Wagons, 2 doors, 4 doors, even foresters. But Christian seems like a cool guy, he said he would save the car for me, he knows i really want it.

any place that is rwilling to tune an fd is good, but i dont kno ive heard sum negatives about them and their fd tunning abilities, but if you saw 5 fds thier than they must be decent, but according to a big rotary guy "i would never let modern garage change my oil" so ya idk ive heard mixxed things about them and the rotary engine, but thiers very few good rotary tuners in the us so ya lol
