...The cars LAST home was Everett. bought it from Chris....at a 'Players Price'
He didnt have to sell it that cheap, but I think he just wanted it out from his house....and Im sure buildin' that FC aint helpin out the $ituation.

I'll be bringing it home soon to get started on it and try to have it done this Summer/Fall.......He's gonna be proud of his old 'S13Slider'

LOL!!!! Yeah, I just bought another one...second 240 in about a week or so.

I was surfin over there AGAIN and saw ANOTHER 240 for sale...A Fastback for only 5 Bills. I couldnt pass it up either because I started to like the Sleepy eyes as much as the Silvia front ends.

Soooo, today around noon I sent someone to meet the guy and pay for the car for me while I was at work

Found a coupe and a hatch @ a great price...just sucked that it was almost in the same week.

4 unfinished project cars now.....

and before someone sez sumthing....This is a scan of a picture he printed out for me. I didnt see the car, because its in another city. All I cared about is it having a fairly straight body to start out with. not sumthing I would normally do but I had a 'good gut feeling' about it

So now I called and hooked up a 'long haul tow' for it this weekend.

Both are white cars...I dont care for white cars, but the deals were just too hard to pass up....even this close together

Sooo, thoughts on a Turbo KA? Ive gotten emails saying do SR20's in all of them, but thats a reality due to time and the cost involved with boosting 3 cars.

I was thinkin: boost one of the KA's.???? I think the coupe has already had work done on the bottom-end by the previous owner.

I'd say that the KA-T is a good idea. Having SRs in all of them is a little boring. And the KA-T will give you much better gains for the money than an SR swap, plus it's cool. I'd suggest doing the KA-T on whatever car you plan to street drive most, as it's CA street legal.

Here's an idea, though, what about making one of the fastbacks into an early model 180SX and dropping a CA18DET? That way, you could have an SR, a KA, and a CA!

i wouldnt say "much better" gains for the money, its really about the same unless your in the habit of fabricating your own turbo systems for very little money.

But i agree multiple S13s go to multiple engines.

ka-t one, sr20 another, ca18 another, rb26 another. yay. youre gonna be poor for the rest of your life! lol. i can barely afford having my two cars. i give you mucho respecto. even if you decided to sell some of the car's, you'll come out on top.

I currently have 'almost' 2 sr20det's (one is missing a few parts......nothing major) so its the 3rd thats left with no 'motor'.


I was thinking in those terms as well (as far is it being the daily driver) Was thinking of pulling one of the old turbos from an SR, but I think they're @ 7psi if im correct?

Oh well, I was thinking along the lines of 5-7 psi on a daily driver anywayz.
