Can someone explain why Ive seen 2 Lotus Elises driving around?

The Lotus Elise officially came to america over the summer... I believe the first year of production is already accounted for, so fat chance of actually seeing one for sale, but they are here

Damn i have to admit, for a box, the chaser does look sexy, something wierd, it shows its curvy, but boxy. Very nice car. I dont think id whore myself for it, but id whore myself for a GTR R32!

They did, it is called the Cressida... it is an older version but a Chaser none the less.

The 1JZ and 2JZ is like an RB20 and RB25DET.It's essentially the same engine with some minor changes.The 2JZ passed emissions,so by far a 1JZ could.So when I say they used the engines over here,I was reffering to the engine series (2JZ) which was used here.

its not over in the US simply because maybe toyota thought it wouldn't make such a big impact and there probably wouldn't be a big demand for it...
hey if it were to come here maybe its badge would be reading "Lexus" but thats just what i think....

Japanese Mk3's used a 1JZ... Hence the 2.5TwinTurbo model.

If you want a JZX90 Chaser, go buy one from AutoConXion... $11,900, already on US soil... Registering it will be a big problem though (all but an impossibility, actually).

Sc300 (Soarer) only had 1JZ They wouldve sold a billion of them if they had 2jz's here in the states. LoL!!
