It's a blast!!! 78~80mph easily, for corner entry speed into the corner as shown in the top 2 pictures.

There will be a NASA Drift run group on Monday, September 13th. Expect minimum of 4 20-minute sessions of run time.

IMO, it's better than Irwindale, because the solid walls are on the inside of the corners. Lots of run off room if mistakes are made in the turn 1-2-3 corner.

The carosel is also fun, having to transition from a left handed drift into a right handed increasing radius corner. Really have to throw the car into that corner, and lay down some power for some nice smokey smooth exit.

And you forgot to mention the 20,000 perfect seating capacity without a bad view in the house.. This venue has everything a drift venue needs! also for the Formula D guys. You may want to reconsider this venue the more I think about it the more it is the right place for drifting still close enough for the CA crowd to get to and the AZ scene is getting bigger..

What would be nice is more Formula D events throughout the year. Like 10 events all around the USA. 4 is cool and all, but more would be interesting. I know this is a difficult thing to ask...
