There is a difference in respect one has for other drivers. "Pushing" another driver by putting on the pressure and hitting the other driver is a HUGE difference. Not having respect for the other driver or their car and anyone that helped build it is not cool. Yeah, anyone that drifts a car can expect a little damage every so often but to do it in what is a serious disregaurd for the other drivers' safety and their car is wrong. It is obvious people are going to disagree with me but I for one think it is bull*fecal matter*. It is sometimes hard to discern from accidental love tap and intentional move for intimidation, but when it happens twice and in a similar manner it is uncalled for and he should be warned. It should not be tolerated. They don't tolerate it in any other form of racing and turning drifting into 'bumper cars' is not going to help the motorsport at all.
If he can run up on someone fast enough to do damage he should look for a way to pass, not just ram them in the rear. That shows a lack of control, self-control and/or car control. Yeah, go ahead and delete this one too moderators, because I call it how I see it.
