Electronic Dampers

ok ok ok ok, as some of you may or may not know an electronic damper system came as an option for rx7s and supras, im not sure if thats all but i know those cars had em, but my question is are they worth keeping? and are they for front and rear or just the front? any info would be a big help thanks

i know the FC came with a auto adjusting suspension with the GXL. im not sure about the supra though.

Can someone tell me what this electronic damper system does?

kinda like coiilovers they switch from normal to stiff on the suspension for performance or streetdriving
