i personally was one of the lucky few who got an awesome rotary. i beat on that thing for months and still never had a problem, but to get their youve got to spend sh!t loads of moeny for tuning and re tunning, buy two parts go to a dyno and get new maps etc etc. in the long run if i had to do it all over again i woulda gotten an sr20 but you live and learn

    than get luvs

The engine, the chassis, the inability to vent heat, the 1 million vacuum lines, everything.

But this isnt the place to argue it. I want to see what he's putting in it. Either way, it will be interesting and will be a good car for next season.
i wasnt going for the whole argument, ive heard it before, but i jsut wanted to know your reasons, thats it. now i got them, now i undersatnd there.

also, u said its been experimental for over 20 years.. what doctors do, reagrdless of their time as a doctor, is called a practice... (sry jsut thought that was really funny)

Awesome work guys, and tony, that FD looks rough, but straight and clean (thank god rx-7s never rust) i cant wait to see that car when its done, and chris, the s15 looks equally rad, i cant wait to see you two beating the hell out of these machines in this upcoming season!

they need to bring those to DOW and rock it... need more excitement...

Well believe what you want, you're entitled too. Any engine can be built to be fast, Rotaries just, A. don't last, especially when modified and B. tend to spontaneously combust for the tiniest of reasons. Some people like em, most don't. Takes the right person to run FD's. Of all the Rotaries, they are the most finicky. The FC's are alot more reliable due to better design.

But point taken about the kids.
