I never said you'd be crazy to swap in anything but a 2JZ, but I mean the SMALLEST I would go would be a 1JZ and that's a 2.5 litre. I mean a heavy car needs power to drift, unless you want to understeer into everything...

I would do it, and boost it up to 400 or so hp. But i would like to have a 1jz powered soarer, or a V8 with blitz twin blowers. But anyways

This car used to be my buddies. I think 2 owners before you had it. Some history on it incase you didn't know, it was owned by my friends mom since it was new, and she gave it to him, he drove it as an auto for a while, then swapped to 5 speed, then did the SR swap. I know it's ghetto but it runs strong. I've driven it a couple of times and it pulls good for a relatively stock SR 240. Good luck with the car.

The car does pull nice for a stock SR. The clutch is crazy!!

i also like the fact that it was an auto at one time. ins rates, car start on the alarm...

I took it out the other day and ran it pretty hard. It boosted up and the piping seperated...no biggie tho

Im gonna fix lil stuff like that
