Lets see...

i took out the stock windows..

bought the 2mm LEXAN (plastic´s)

placed the LEXAN on top of each of the windows &
marked the sizes.
& then i just cut the LEXAN.

very simple really. - since you never see the outer rim of the vindows
sue to the rubber seals & stuff, you dont need to have the lexan bits
exactly the right size.

rear windows are held in place by rivets & silicone

Stronger - LEXAN is a form of MAKROLON -
Plexiglas is just sheer dangerous.
