Thanks for the responses guys. Glad you enjoyed the vid. And a big thanks to Northwestnissans.com for hosting my website and these videos. Without them I wouldn't be able to post them up or I would have to make them really small with crappy video/sound quality.

Hey James, yeah I knew you'd like that part. I had one other clip of you with Ueo chasing you out of the hairpin and through the keyhole, but it was too far away and wouldn't have looked good in the vid.

Great Video! Just thought I would ask...what programs (software/hardware) are you using to edit the videos and add audio? What video camera are you using to take that footage? I'm currently looking at a Canon GL-2 as it is cheaper than the XL-2 and suits my purposes, but thought I would ask about your equipment. Just thought I would inquire. The quality of the videos are quite good. Thanks.

DomLee: Here's what I use to make the videos...

software: Sonic Foundry Vegas Video ver. 3.0 (now called Sony Vegas)

hardware: ancient PII-450mhz running Win2k (pretty sad, huh)

camera: Canon ZR25 (Canon's cheapest entry-level camera, a few years old.)

i know im reviving this thread, and im sorry, but i just saw this vid and i must say, Ueo is a god, to be able to do that with maybe 165hp, thats crazy, and almost clipping those tires in the hairpin, thisa video is awesome Neko!

Thanks once again for all the feedback. It was certainly an unforgettable day, seeing Ueo tearing it up at the track without all the crowds, cheering, judging, etc. The video can only capture a small part of what it felt like to see it in person. I drove and crashed on that turn that day, so I can tell you from experience that it is amazing what he and the other skilled drivers can do. It's an extremely difficult turn to even attempt to drift at lower speeds.

Anyways, as a little bonus for all of you who enjoyed the video and are still following this thread, I've uploaded some raw unedited footage from that day including some footage which was not in the music video. You can download it here:

thanks a bunch Neko thats some sick footage. Ueo is completely out of his mind, he was throwing that thing into superdeep angles after that straight into turn 1, holy cow. and he gets soooo close to the edge of the track when linking turns 1 and 2, its nuts. wow. crazy kid...
