They chose some retarded times to take to the highway.It looks like it is between 7-9 pm,no wonder the guy got pulled over.Not to mention the traffic isn't what you call the lightest,plenty of opertunity for someone to report you,and yes there is people out there that are more than happy to do this.Also,giving out the location,great way to draw attention.
