Drift Bible for Russia.

Hello i have one big problem
I leave in Moscow and i try learn drift but these is difficult to learn without any stuff so some people recomend me a drift bible but i can't buy it cause it only for US/ And there is a BIG question:
WHO can give me or mail me somethig/
For exeple who can mail me a copy of Drift Bible by air mail all maney i will pay/
