Those are cranes that load and unload container ships. Answering a previous question, the Wangan is a toll highway in Japan used often by street racers for freeway and top-end drags. We're talking over 300kmh sometimes, whew!

It's dangerous.

It may be cool to watch a 300km/h Flyby on your computer but in reality going that fast on a public highway puts a lot of innocent lives in danger, even if it is late at night. I mean at 150mph+ you can close in on a vehicle 1/4 mile ahead of you in no time.
