You are right about the VW's. Vividracing held a BBQ for a bunch of VW guys but anyone was invited. Basically it was just a bunch of stuck up VW rich kids, my 86 and my friend in his Subaru.

Lol. the raised hood is just washers in on the bolts. There isnt anything special in there dont worry, its just that the temp here is about 120 in the summer.

Yeah I know. Here in Phoenix the usual is like 105 average in the summer. Makes me glad my 86 comes stock with an oil cooler since I have 7,800 RMS to work with.
