you want to port match the gasket frist and all so do it on the manifold b4 you port out the head ...


you can allso lose power if you port it out to much like that guy did ...

BTW, I'm just joking around they used Toyota levin/US 85 taillights on esprits so the cars could be DOT legal for the US. I should sell some hachi tails on ebay to some lotus owner haha.

Hi man - thanxs for the info - But I do know what i´m doing really - these pictures are not of the final stuff.
the ports on both the intake & exhaust have been sandblasted, glass-blasted & finaly hand-sanded with 800/1200 grain sandpaper & the ports have been "checked" for differences in wolym & they differed only 3%.

This tuning together with Celica 3-sge valves, Supra 7s-ge injectors, 272/264 degree cams, TRD highpipe header with 2" exhaust pipe will work just fine.

ALso an Accel ingition system is on order.

I´ll post you som pictures of the HAND-MADE intake manifold a soon as it´s done - i´m looking for about 180 bhp when 100% done
