the car first had BN sports on then changed to works9 aeros on and then back to BN again....
His personal/street car has the BN Sports Aero, 1 piece Work S1 17x9, 17x10 wheels, Molded in wangan wing, etc... Sometimes for the street (not track) , Yoshida will run 18x9 F and 18x10 R Work Equips... full chrome... soooo sexy!!!!!!! These are bad for track cause on S13, 18s up front with a 215/40/18 tire are still tall overall diameter when compared to 215/40/17 or 215/45/17. That means it will rub on more things in the fenderwell. Also, they are heavier, harder to turn and stop from moving. That's why you see people run 17s in front and 18s in the rear.... You want to front wheels and tires to be able to tur full lock and still have the car slammed and not rub anything...
The competition car has Works9 Aero (although he recently thrashed the front bumper so he is rocking a BN one aqain... sides and rear are still Works9), a couple more horsepower, more aggressive cams (big exhaust cams are good for top end but suck for a daily driver cause there is very very little vacuum when trying to start your car due to the long duration. A lot of times you have to push start a car like that! UGH! And it idles like crap and wants to stall out at low RPM...). The Competition car has a bolt-on wing, different stickers, and 2 piece Work Meister S1s With 18x10s in rear.
Uhhh yeah I know a little bit about these cars... Heh. Whats cool is when he and his Team Mate in teh matching kouki S14 run tandem. It looks SOO hot because they totally match perfectly. Color, aero, etc... only thing different is wheels and Aero (sometimes, depends on car... the S14 goes between Works9 and BN Sports. That pic is of the personal car at a local track. Notice the 18 inch Equips in chrome!!! HOT. Im not sure what the fronts are in that pic, but judging by how low the car is and how that car still has stock fenders (rolled and pulled though) they are probably 17s.Originally posted by NOB

There is a video somewhere of an S13 who is friends with the Super Made guys driving with them on that track. He must go there a LOT too because he was consitantly grinding the endplate of his GT Wing on the pitwall lining the front straight as he entered the first main corner. It was throwing sparks all over the place! It RULED!Comment

to complete the package, since i shottied them ahahah. throw up more pics of this car pweasee thank you. i personally like the one with the wangan wing, but on the comp car, is that the tock 180sx wing or an aftermarket one ?

I think some guy from KCAL 9 news got some footage. Dunno when it'll be aired or anything... i don't have time for TV lately.
But i don't have a video camera, nor anyone around me that i know of... I want to get more video so badly. Need to call Grip Video again! Haha.Comment
