its not underpowered. It puts out the same horsepower as the mclaren f1. the difference being the mclaren is N/A and the ZZII is Turbo'd also, i dont hte the mclaren is AWD.

Forget twin turbos, those are sooo 90s. How about quad turbos on a McLaren! You'll get a heck of alot of snail lag, but just imagine how fast the top speed would be on a really long stretch of asphalt.

Or maybe that idea was too extreme.

As far as the ZZII goes I'm not sure if it even classifies as a full-on supercar, but either way the RB26 is not a supercar motor. At all. The ZZII is a cool rig but for the money I don't want a Nissan motor in my supercar. BMW V12 maybe, twin-turbo Ferrari v8 probably, but not an RB26.
