  • n00b here..

Hey everyone. Name is Bill Janczewski. I'm a Firefighter with the USAF stationed down here at Little Rock AFB in Arkansas. I drive a '94 Miata for drifting and SCCA AutoX. I'm just getting into the drifting thing, so bear with me if I ask anything dumb.

Anywho, the car. It has no engine work done to it, well, just a Racing Beat 4 into 1 header, and a full 2.5" Mandrel exhaust with Magnaflow muffler. The car has Flyin' Miata springs and sways, with KYB AGX Adjustable shocks, and Konig Spec 15" wheels. Falken Azenis for tires too. I love the car and it's a blast to throw around the course, especially when you get the suspension just right. She'll get a little tail happy.

Anywho, just thought I'd drop a line to say what's up before I started posting. Kind of an intro of sorts....cya's around.

    EDIT: Here's a couple pics...

Welcome to the site. That is a beautiful car. Miata's don't get any respect, but they are indeed a great drift car.

Yeah, I don't get much respect when I'm out there....But I can just about hang with the 2nd best guy in our local club. I still need to learn the E-Brake technique. I usually pull it for too long and wind up stopped sideways in the middle of a turn. For me though, I use shift lock and alot of heel toe rev matching/braking on the downshift with a feint to enter my drifts....
