Need help picking car!!

I have so many problems right now. I want to pick a car to learn and begin to drift in, but am unsure what to get. 8-6 looks really nice, but I have found an awesome deal on some 240sx. Now, in the US, how do you define a 240sx, like how is it broken up? because on autotrader there are all kinds of different models and years. What is a good year and Model? Has the most moddable parts?

For year, start with anything from 1989-1993.

For make, choose Nissan.

For model, choose 240SX.

For trim, choose whichever you want to learn about. Check the option lists for each one and decide which you want the most.

Base models are lighter than SEs.
