i dont think you need to do anything with just a front END.
just get bumper, fenders, lights, hood. some of the kits can come with cfhood and wide vented fenders

How are you going to only put an S15 front lip on your 240SX?

Or was it a typo and do you want to put an S15 front clip on your car?

I believe he must've meant clip since he mentioned the DMV and also since putting an S15 lip on a 240sx wouldn't work.
