Found a S14

Okay guys I've found a 1995 240SX but theres only one thing keepin me from buyin it, its a automatic. I was wondering if I should buy it or just keep on lookin. Also is a CA18 any easier/cheaper/ or better than a SR20 swap?

if the s14 is cheap buy it and do a 5 speed conversion on it...about the Ca18 and the Sr20, search it on the tech section its there.....
