I would suggest emailing Pacific Raceways up in Auburn and asking them. I also know that the Sage Car Club was talking about doing one in the tri-cities in like April. Most of the guys I know that drift have to go down to Portland to get track time. However the Monroe Speedway does have amature events when Formula D comes to town and if you check out the Sport Car Club of America (SCCA) they may be doing drift events.
Lastly I know a couple of shops that tune drift cars up here, try Intec Racing in Kent, Axiom Motorsports in Tacoma, and UP Garage in University Place. Look those guys up and talk to them, I'm sure they can help you, especially UP Garage, they do A LOT of work on 240SX's. Drift cars are pretty much all they do.
