I jus t started drifting with a S13 and I wana noe how low should my tein coilovers be adjusteduntil? The lower the lesser chance of rock and roll??

Don't go too low, it'll cause lots of geometry problems. The main problem is your front control arms will be at the wrong angle and you'll get positive camber gain under compression. That's way bad and causes tons of understeer.
