Well, I'll start out by saying I'm close to 100% "n00b" at cars.
I know some stuff, but nothing too mechanical. I know the basic function of the major parts of a car, but when you start saying things like "apex fluxurator" (I just made that up for the sake of the argument); I won't have a clue what you're talking about
So heres the deal, I drive a manual transmission 99 Ford Escort, front wheel drive and brakes. And I would really like to get into drifting, but without a job, and being only 16 it's a bit hard to get a nicer car.
I don't even know where to start, pretty much everything I've read on here talks about using your emergency brake, or assumes that you have rear wheel drive. But my emergency brake doesn't work - and I have front wheel drive
**EDIT**
I should clarify, I don't mean like, drifting like most of you guys probably do :P I just mean casual, or as casual as you can get with drifting :P
