alright untill i save up enough for a new car im stuck with the family automatic FWD 2000 saturn sl2, i know automatic and FWD are the worst combinations possible, not to mention the 25 horsepower. But is it possible to drift enough just to scare some friends or something?

No problem

My 99 Buick LeSabre has a 3800 II Engine, putting out a little over 200 horses, and it's FWD. You should be able to slide, rather than a true drift, without a problem. If there are dirt roads, I'd practice taking a corner at a slowish speed, 10-15 mph, hitting the e-brake (my car has the pedal style e-brake, i don't know about the sl2) and releasing it when you're ready to straighten out. Be sure you know the roads and you can see if there would be any oncoming traffic. And don't take ridiculous corners either, but nice and easy corners. Feel your car out, get used to it.

Practice. It will come.
