noob question about wheels

Why do I see alot of people wiht two different style wheels?(front ones differ from rear)

Because they run their bling wheels up front and cheap wheels out back so if they screw up and drift a wee bit too far and curb the heck out of the wheel, it's not that expensive to replace.

Its standard for people to do that until you get more skillz up. I am certain this is how everyone starts

I can't talk from experience but i think the main reason is that begginers use it because it is easier to loose traction with tires that have less grip at the back. But still maintain some control using tires with a higher level of grip at the front. I think another reason would be that people use cheap junk yard tires at the back for the sole purpose of wearing them out through drifting.
