Engine braking is when you downshift fast without matching the rpms, you'll feel you're car "rumble" and you can usually pick up faster. You can downshift correctly by matching the rpms usually by heel-toe.

Say if you're just slowing down and you downshift and slowly release the clutch and it goes in smoothly, then thats just downshifting.

So are you feeling the engine, "rumble" in a sense??

I highly doubt it would be an LSD problem, what kind of LSD do you have?? 1.5 or 2 way will clickly-clack at lower speeds that you can hear, but it won't choke your engine lol.

I'm using Kaaz 2 way, but I don't hear anything at lower speed...

I guess it all depends on the installation, I've heard some that clickly-clank, some don't.
