Broken tranny doin a 3rd gear pull
ok everybody, my brother has(did) a 92' civic hatch back, charcoal grey and im going to tell you his funny story.
well, his car ran a 12.7 @110 w./ a B20B4 and a super T70 kit from SS auto chrome(that turbo is comparable to a t3 60-1)
well, he was going to wal-mart to cash a check. well, he did a 3rd gear pull to see if anything was going wrong. well then he heard a bunch of CLING and CLANGIN inside the tranny.(how could he tell? his clutch was being dumb-like) So,he walked to wal-mart, bought a $140 bike and a jacket, and rode prolly, 10 miles on a bunch of busy intersections to his friends work place to tell him the story. so, he rode back to the hgih school (2 miles maybe) and check on his car to see if it was ok. it was. so, he went to his OTHER frineds place which was 10-15 miles of a trip there. he told him all what happened and went to his high school in his car with a trailer.(his friends car) when they got there, they put the car on it and so and so, drove back here and dropped it all off. week or two later, he sells the swap w/o the turbo stuff to htat guy. well, that guy that had picked him up and brought him home had taken apart the tranny. well, lets just say that the final drives teeth looked like they were shaved off of, and another gear.
Now everytime he tells that to people, they say, shut up and naw uh! then they start laughing hard.
